Privacy

You can play every puzzle on Granite Puzzles without an account. We don't ask for your name, and we don't sell what we know about you.
Your puzzle progress
The letters you've filled in, the clock, your hints and whether you've solved a puzzle are saved in your own browser's local storage, so you can pick up where you left off. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser's site data removes them.
Advertising
Free play is supported by ads from Google, shown between puzzles and when you choose to watch one for hints. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technology to show ads and measure them, based on your visits to this and other sites. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first, through Google's consent message. You can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com, and read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Plus players see no ads, and the ad code isn't loaded for them.
Purchases
Granite Puzzles Plus is paid for through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details; we never see or store them. We receive your email address and the purchase record from Stripe, and your license key carries that email so you can move Plus to another browser. We use it only for your purchase and any support you ask for.
Server logs
Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs (the page requested, the time, your IP address and browser) for security and troubleshooting. We don't use them to identify you.
