How to play

Press on the first letter of a word and drag to the last letter, in a straight line in any direction. Let go and a found word gets circled in color and crossed off the list. With a mouse it works the same way. Stuck? A hint lights up the first letter of a word you haven't found.

The puzzles: Today's puzzle is the same for everyone on a New Hampshire date and draws its words from a different pack each day. Each pack holds three or four puzzles of New Hampshire names and terms. Names of more than one word are run together, so Diana's Baths is hidden as DIANASBATHS.
Difficulty: Easy is an 8 by 8 grid with words running across and down. Medium is 10 by 10 and adds diagonals. Hard is 12 by 12 with words in all eight directions, backward included. Each level of a puzzle has its own grid and its own progress.
Hints: A hint makes the first letter of a word you haven't found glow for a moment. When you finish, the result says how many hints you used.
The clock: The clock starts with your first move, stops while the tab is in the background, and stops for good when you find the last word.
